Description

High-protein pancake sausage mini muffins are a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Prepare them ahead of time for an on-the-go option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup.
  3. Mix until just combined.
