Description

Enjoy a hearty and nutritious Whole Food Steak and Potato Bowl. This bowl is packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 large Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. While potatoes are baking, season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  6. Steam or boil broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  7. Assemble the bowl: Place potatoes in the bottom, top with steak, onion, garlic, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute sweet potatoes for regular potatoes.
  • Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or a sprinkle of fresh herbs for extra flavor.
