Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak, cut into cubes
- 2 large Potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While potatoes are baking, season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Steam or boil broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Assemble the bowl: Place potatoes in the bottom, top with steak, onion, garlic, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute sweet potatoes for regular potatoes.
- Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or a sprinkle of fresh herbs for extra flavor.
