Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Spread the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
