Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and ground beef.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and Catalina dressing.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, red onion, green bell pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  4. Mix well to combine.
