Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Guacamole


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, layer the rice, black beans, corn, and seasoned ground beef.
