Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Guacamole
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer the rice, black beans, corn, and seasoned ground beef.
- Top with salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
- Serve immediately.
