Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Optional toppings: Green onions, sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve shrimp over cooked rice.
