Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Optional toppings: Green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
