Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Divide cooked rice between two bowls.
  5. Top with the sweet chili beef, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately.
