Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Divide cooked rice between two bowls.
- Top with the sweet chili beef, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
