Description

Prepare quick and healthy Steak & Broccoli High-Protein Boxes for balanced meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Spread broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While broccoli roasts, heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add steak and soy sauce to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your liking.
  6. Divide cooked quinoa or brown rice among meal prep containers.
  7. Add roasted broccoli and cooked steak to each container.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
