Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp, tofu, or vegetables.
