Description

Spicy Spaghetti with Chili Garlic Sauce is a flavorful and quick meal. It combines spaghetti with a spicy chili garlic sauce and your choice of protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
