Make a quick and delicious Spicy Ranch Chicken Protein Bowl. It is packed with flavor and protein.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, green onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed chicken breast to the skillet.
- Season with ranch seasoning, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, black beans, corn, and cooked chicken.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing.
- Add any optional toppings you like.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to control the spice level.
