Create a vibrant Spicy Mediterranean Steak Bowl for a flavorful and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Marinate steak strips with olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the steak until browned.
  3. Add red bell pepper and red onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Prepare quinoa according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble bowls with quinoa, steak mixture, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
