Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and red pepper flakes.
- Add coleslaw mix to the skillet and cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha and red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
- For a sweeter flavor, add a tablespoon of honey or brown sugar.
- Serve over rice for a heartier meal.
