Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Brown ground chicken in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, rice, black beans, corn, and salsa.
