Description

This Skillet Chicken Taco Rice Bowl is a quick and easy one-pan meal. Enjoy a flavorful and satisfying dinner in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cilantro
