Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and broccoli to the skillet. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Pour in chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve immediately.

- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of milk or almond milk.
