Enjoy a healthy and delicious Skillet Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo-Style dinner without the cream and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and broccoli to the skillet. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
