Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice; simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp sauce.
  8. Toss to combine.
  9. Serve immediately.
