Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cabbage and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken thighs on a sheet pan.
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cabbage mixture around the chicken.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
