Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in the Parmesan-bread crumb mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
