Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp and asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp and asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
