Description
Easy and flavorful Sheet Pan Lemon Butter Salmon. A quick weeknight dinner with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, skin on or off
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb Asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place asparagus on a sheet pan.
- Place salmon on the sheet pan alongside the asparagus.
- Pour lemon butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust baking time depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the lemon butter sauce.
- You can substitute other vegetables, such as broccoli or green beans, for the asparagus.
