Description

Easy and flavorful Sheet Pan Lemon Butter Salmon. A quick weeknight dinner with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, skin on or off
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 lb Asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 Lemon, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place asparagus on a sheet pan.
  4. Place salmon on the sheet pan alongside the asparagus.
  5. Pour lemon butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust baking time depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the lemon butter sauce.
