Ingredients

  • 1 lb tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each tilapia fillet.
