Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each tilapia fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
