Description
Quick and easy sheet pan dinner featuring garlic chicken and green beans.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken, green beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute other vegetables, such as broccoli or bell peppers.
