Description

Quick and easy sheet pan dinner featuring garlic chicken and green beans.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken, green beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
