Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs, cleaned
  • 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
  • 1 pound clams, scrubbed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine chicken broth, butter, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the shells have opened.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot, with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
