Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab legs, cleaned
- 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 1 pound clams, scrubbed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine chicken broth, butter, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the shells have opened.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a spicier boil, add more cayenne pepper.
