Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, removed from casings
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain excess grease.
- Add broccoli florets and garlic to the skillet. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Toss cooked pasta with sausage and broccoli mixture.
- Stir in olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
