Description

Rosemary Garlic Steak Kabobs are perfect for grilling. Enjoy tender beef with potatoes and a flavorful marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add steak cubes and potato quarters to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread steak and potatoes onto skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your desired doneness and potatoes are tender, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For easier grilling, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to threading.
  • Adjust grilling time based on your preferred steak doneness.
  • Serve with a side salad or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
