Description
Rosemary Garlic Steak Kabobs are perfect for grilling. Enjoy tender beef with potatoes and a flavorful marinade.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add steak cubes and potato quarters to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread steak and potatoes onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your desired doneness and potatoes are tender, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For easier grilling, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to threading.
- Adjust grilling time based on your preferred steak doneness.
- Serve with a side salad or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
