Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: extra raspberries, nuts, seeds
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, milk, raspberries, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and salt in a jar.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the mixture. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
