Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place pecans and chocolate chips in the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugars, butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the pecans and chocolate.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until the filling is set.
