Description

A nutritious bowl filled with chicken and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  2. Steam or roast mixed vegetables until tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, vegetables, and chicken.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
