Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 8 Corn Tortillas


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
