Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add tortellini, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
- Stir in pesto.
- Cook until tortellini is heated through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
