Description

Easy and delicious pepperoni pizza crescent rolls, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Press or pinch the seams together to seal any holes.
  4. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each triangle, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Top with a few mini pepperoni slices.
  7. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the tip.
  8. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning.
  10. Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with the seasoned butter.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the melted butter.
  • If you don’t have mini pepperoni, you can chop regular pepperoni into small pieces.
  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
