Description
Easy and delicious pepperoni pizza crescent rolls, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Press or pinch the seams together to seal any holes.
- Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each triangle, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with a few mini pepperoni slices.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with the seasoned butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the melted butter.
- If you don’t have mini pepperoni, you can chop regular pepperoni into small pieces.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
