Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets (6-8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
- Spread minced garlic evenly over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with dried dill, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
