Ingredients
- 4 Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- You can substitute honey with a sugar-free alternative for a lower carb option.
