  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
