Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 pound shell pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
