Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 pound shell pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
