Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sausage, bell peppers, onion, broccoli, and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked through.
