Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sausage, bell peppers, onion, broccoli, and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
