Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage, sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sausage, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
