Description

Enjoy a simple and flavorful one-pan sausage and veggies meal. It is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage, sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sausage, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
