Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour sauce over ground beef and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- For a thicker sauce, add more cornstarch.
