Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Pour sauce over ground beef and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
