Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your liking.
- For a sweeter dish, add more brown sugar.
