Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour sauce over ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
