Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, halved
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Tzatziki Sauce
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Season beef with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
- Assemble bowls by dividing quinoa, seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
