Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Tzatziki Sauce


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Season beef with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
  4. Assemble bowls by dividing quinoa, seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  5. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.
