Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, layer chickpeas, cooked ground beef, and diced cucumber.
- Top with yogurt before serving.
