Description

A fresh and high-protein Mediterranean ground beef bowl with chickpeas, cucumber, and yogurt for a balanced meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
