Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of hummus and pita bread for a complete meal.
