Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
