Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Marinate the chicken for a longer time to enhance the flavor.
- You can also grill or air fry the drumsticks.
