Description

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
  5. Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Marinate the chicken for a longer time to enhance the flavor.
