Quick and easy macro-friendly chicken dinner recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While chicken is baking, cook brown rice according to package directions.
  6. Steam or roast broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  7. Serve chicken over brown rice with broccoli on the side.
