Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear chicken breasts in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove skillet from heat. Top each chicken breast with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour chicken broth around the chicken in the skillet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
