Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
