Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
