Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute cauliflower for broccoli.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
