Ingredients

Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- Assemble bowls: Start with a base of rice.
- Top with seasoned beef, black beans, corn, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
- Add chopped lettuce if desired.
