Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus and shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately.
