Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and milk. Beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of vegetable oil.
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available. Do not thaw before using.
