Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and milk. Beat until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes
