Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen or canned
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, mayonnaise, and milk.
- Stir well to combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed crackers or bread crumbs.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
