Description

This Lazy Day Chicken Casserole is a simple and satisfying meal perfect for busy days. It combines chicken, vegetables, and a creamy sauce for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen or canned
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions
